PROGRAM DETAILS

– Saturday: Sailing and spotting cetaceans and seabirds.

At 8.45 am, we will board the Osprey II (Marina of Mazarrón, Pier 2) and set out to the high seas. A rich marine life is waiting out there: dolphins, turtles, birds, etc.
The crew will first talk about the different species we are likely to spot, and then it’ll be time to start looking out for marine mammals.
Before returning to port, we will anchor in a quiet cove to blow away the heat with a swim. (Note: Only if sea water conditions allow for this.)
The boat tour ends about 2 pm.
Return to hotel

–Saturday afternoon: Hiking along the coastline. Return to hotel.

Hiking along the coast of Mazarrón

-Sunday: Kayak tour.

Participants will be instructed on how to handle a sea kayak. Then, we will cruise around the Cabo Tiñoso cliffs for about 3-4 hours. An accompanying expert guide will tell us about some unique features of the area. Picnic en-route and wetsuits are included.
Return to hotel.
